- Return conditions

Please send the goods back to us according to the return address and method we provide. It is recommended that you choose a trackable logistics service and keep the return logistics order number properly to check the progress of the return. - Refund process
After we receive your returned goods and check them, we will process a refund for you within 1 working day. The refund will be returned according to your original payment method. For example, if you pay by credit card, the refund will be returned to your credit card account; if you use a third-party payment platform (such as Alipay, WeChat Pay), the refund will be returned to the corresponding payment account.
Please note that the refund arrival time may vary depending on different payment institutions and bank processing procedures. The exchange process is similar to the return process. 7. Handling of special situations
For goods purchased during promotional activities, if coupons, discount codes, full reduction and other preferential methods are used, refunds will be processed according to the actual payment amount when returning, and it may affect your other rights and interests in the promotional activities. If the full reduction conditions are no longer met after the return, the discounts you have enjoyed may be deducted accordingly.
